Hook

weighted 4turns lead wire kamasan b175 heavy

Thread

Hyperfine black or any suitable fine thread

Head

rainbow plastic bead

Tail

brown or furnace hackle

Body

peacock herl

Rib

gold thread

Thorax

brown or furnace hackle

Tying Instructions

1) De barb hook, slide on rainbow bead.

2) Using black thread dress hook about half way down hook
shank. Tie in lead with about four turns behind bead, run thread
down to tail.

3) Tie in pinch of hackle and then gold thread for rib.

4) Now tie in herl rope and wind on clock wise to thorax position.

5) Wind on rib in anti clockwise turns and tie off at thorax.

6) Tie in again pinch of hackle below hook and then finish off tying in herl up to bead, cast off as usual and trim excess herl.
